Hello! I’m Eric.

I am a dedicated life coach with a deep passion for helping people grow, heal, and move forward with clarity and confidence. With a Master’s degree in Counseling and many years of experience working in mental health facilities, I bring both professional expertise and real-world understanding to every coaching relationship.

In addition to my clinical background, I have spent many years working and perfecting skills as a professional life coach and working as a classroom teacher, giving me a unique ability to communicate clearly, motivate effectively, and meet people exactly where they are. I understand that growth doesn’t come from being judged or rushed—it comes from being truly heard and supported.

Empathy is at the core of my coaching approach. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore their strengths and challenges.
